A superb cabinet‑size mineral specimen featuring highly lustrous Sphalerite paired with fine Needle Quartz, centred around a gorgeous, naturally tarnished cluster of cubic Galena. The Galena shows beautiful localized patina, adding depth and character to the piece, while the entire specimen rests on a solid Galena matrix — a classic association from the Madan ore district.
The contrast between the dark, glossy Sphalerite, the bright Quartz needles, and the metallic Galena cubes gives this specimen exceptional visual presence. Under light, the Sphalerite flashes with internal reflections, and the Quartz needles add delicate texture that enhances the overall composition.

Krushev Dol Mine, Madan, Bulgaria — one of the most famous localities in the Madan ore field, renowned for producing world‑class sulphide combinations including Sphalerite, Galena, Quartz, and Pyrite.
